Distillation Columns - Absorption Columns

Distillation is still the most widely used and most common form of seperation technology in the chemical plant, natural gas processing, and petrochemical industries today. This type of industrial distillation is performed in large vertical columns called distillation columns or distillation towers.

TiFab fabricates all types of distillation columns (fractional, vacuum, azeotropic, etc.) and absorption/stripping columns for chemical, petrochemical, and gas processing plants.  A companies distillation proccess can contribute to more than 50% of the total plant operating costs. Tifab takes this into account by producing distillation columns that are efficient and operate at their highest possible level.  Tifab uses only the highest quality materials when manufacturing thier distillation columns and absorption columns.

TiFAB Distillation Columns

We fabricate our distillation columns with both tray columns and packed columns, with internal trays and packing usually supplied by the customer (however our designs include support rings for trays or packing). TiFab builds distillation columns to meet ASME Section VIII Div 1 and 2, JIS, Stoomwezen, TUV, and the Chinese ML (formerly Chinese SQL).

All mechanical engineering design for our distillation columns are carried out in-house with several design softwares at our disposal.  (PV-Elite, CodeCalc, Compress, etc.)
