TiFab supplies zirconium pipe & fittings for major chemical and petrochemical plants around the world. Reduced corrosion allowances required turn into thinner wall pipe, so Sch 10 and Sch 40 are the most common thicknesses we supply.

TiFab manufactures zirconium pipe spools 8” and below from seamless pipe, typically in schedules 10s and 40s. TiFab manufactures sizes 8” and up by rolling and welding zirconium plate (ASTM B-351) with 100% x-ray (RT) and penetrant testing (PT). Final hydrostatic test is completed when we are also performing full spool fabrication (optional).
